Four Green Smoothie Recipes


Green smoothies. No doubt you have heard of them. They are kinda all the rage these days. And from my vantage point, they have so many benefits.

1. Green smoothies are super duper easy to make. 2. They let you indulge your creative side. 3. There is one for everyone's different taste buds. Apples? Sure. Kale? Absolutely. Pears? Why not? 4. They can be enjoyed 365 days a year (and even on leap years!) 5. All you need is a blender and a willingness to experiment. 6. They can help wake you up in the morning, get you through the afternoon slump, refuel after a hard workout and detox yo' body.

Green smoothies are one of those things where it's almost too easy to get on board with them.

Have you ever had that moment, when you think - "Wait. I have to be missing something. That can't be it. There has to be something else."

People anticipate there being a particular recipe to how to make the "perfect" green smoothie. Well, the "perfect" smoothie is one you like the best. And yes, you can throw whatever you want into that blender, add some liquid and see what happens.
