Happy birthday...to me!

JohannaVossBirthdayYup. It's my birthday today, March 8th aka International Women's Day. Or as I know it, the best day ever! #Shameless. I know. I'm turning the ripe old age of 35. In fact tonight, I'm throwing myself a "Halfway to 70" bash. (Witty right?!)

Sure, go ahead and wish me Happy Birthday (or Feliz Cumpleanos or tanjoubi omedetou or Alles Gute zum Geburtstag or С днём рождения!)

But what I really want for my birthday (aside from green smoothies, chia seeds and kale chips for all) is for YOU, yes YOU, to join me for Blissful Health (And a Hot Body!): A 28 Day Online Nutrition Event.

In less than one week, registration will close on March 14th. If you don't sign up now ('cuz I know you are super duper busy), you might just miss out. And that, would be tragic.

Here's a peek at some of the topics I will teach you:

  • The core concept of Bio-individuality: No one diet works for everyone. Explore different ways of eating in order to help you discover a personalized approach that is appropriate for you depending on your age, health, activity level,  lifestyle goals, personal tastes and preferences.
  • You will learn why cravings are a good thing
  • You will learn how to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner without opening a box or a bag
  • You will learn how to make meal planning less stressful
  • You will learn why you struggle to make your good, healthy intentions actually become habits!
  • You will learn what to buy at the grocery store

You'll  also receive a month's supply of the #1 rated multivitamin, a non-fishy tasting Fish Oil, Vitamin D, Probiotic + Digestive Enzyme. My four week's of videos, online community AND weekly coaching calls will make you wonder why you didn't do this before.

I could wax poetic about how awesome this program is (Don't just take my word for it. Other people agree!) but truth be told, I think my shameless promoting is coming to an end. Besides, I need to rest up for my par-tay.

If you haven't already checked out my program, I'd love a look. Just swing on over to Blissful Health and see what you think. Thanks!
