I don’t facilitate a few energizing workshops, hand you a polished slide deck, and disappear. That’s not the work.

My role is to stand next to you. Sometimes quietly, sometimes shoulder-to-shoulder with your team. Translating vision into decisions, decisions into action, and action into something that actually holds up in the real world AND MAKES YOU MONEY, because at the end of the day, that’s what this is all about.

I care just as much about the rollout as the idea. About the moments where things get messy, priorities collide, and the original plan needs to adapt. That’s where real progress happens, and that’s where I stay.

I only take on two – three fractional clients a year.

Your cost will vary based on the level of involvement your business requires of me i.e. how many hours a week we agree to (that’s the fractional part).

I am available on a retainer basis: 9-12 months and beyond so that we can fully implement the change your organization needs.
