Then, I’ll integrate with you and your leadership to translate long range vision into quick-win actions. We’ll define goals, create plans, and assess every resource.

THEN: SCALE

I’m here to implement your vision, but I’ll also make suggestions, comments, and tactfully point out when one of your ideas sounds good, but isn’t actually a good fit for the business, or your timing is off. Because you have to walk before you can run. You’ve already mastered crawling….let’s get you running.

Think of it this way: Fractional folks are strategy & action-oriented; freelancers are execution-oriented.

A good Fractional COO will be deeply embedded in your business. They meet the team, they’re in permanent contact with you, and so on.

Unlike a consultant, whom most likely won’t roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty, I’ll just tell you what to do, how to do it, when to do it and quite possibly, do it with you. With me as your Fractional COO, I’m right there in trenches with you. 

Like an employee but without the huge overhead along with the experience, expertise & years in the industry that you just can’t expedite

Your cost will vary based on the level of involvement your business requires of me ie how many hours a week we agree to (that’s the fractional part), but you can expect to pay 30-40% a Fractional COO of what you would pay for a full-time role.

I am available on a retainer basis: short term minimum 3 months, longer term 6+.

Other considerations as you crunch the numbers:

When you hire a fractional COO, you won’t have to worry about health insurance, taxes, PTO, and the senior leadership bonuses and perks you’d provide a salaried addition to your team.

My Influencer Talent Management Agency is boutique and I intentionally keep my roster small (currently 6 people).  This way I have the bandwidth to take on 2 select Fractional COO clients. I truly love this work as it’s a perfect marriage of my strong skill set as an Influencer Talent Manager & operational and strategic mind.
